Apart from the one-off incident above, the quality of Customer Service at OSH on Dublin Blvd is terrible. Their are perhaps two employees, who can answer questions, and they are in such demand, that I can never find them.
Any their check-out process is, at best, very poor. I was their on Sunday April 19th, ad there were at least 15 customers in line, for check-out. And their turn-over of cashiers is high, so it seems to take "forever" to pay.
Horrible, just horrible, in my opinion.
