 + -1 moreApart from the one-off incident above, the quality of Customer Service at OSH on Dublin Blvd is terrible. Their are perhaps two employees, who can answer questions, and they are in such demand, that I can never find them. Any their check-out process is, at best, very poor. I was their on Sunday April 19th, ad there were at least 15 customers in line, for check-out. And their turn-over of cashiers is high, so it seems to take "forever" to pay. Horrible, just horrible, in my opinion.
Description of Work: The Orchard Supply Hardware store on Dublin Blvd, used to be one of my favorite DIY stores to visit. No longer. Last week, my really-old garage door opener, failed. I'd installed a belt-drive unit, I'd bought from Sears was had worked well. Sears' website showed this unit on sale of $209, well under the regular price of $276. But they showed none of these units in stck, other than New Park Mall, or Tracy. Knowing that OSH often sells Sears products, and went there, and sure enough, they had one in stock. I talk to the Store Manager, showed her the price on the sears.com website, but she said they only offered a price match on printed advertisements, and stuck to their. $276 price. in these days of mobile web-browsing, not accepting such sites as "good data" is archaic. So, in the off-chance that Sears ion Stoneridge Mall had one, I went ther and bought their last one for the sale price of $209. So OSH lost a sale.
