Rough start due to scheduling conflict, not sub-contractors or mine but Sears, so I can't blame Midas-though I was upset over spending an entire day off work waiting. The process was much slower than I had been explained-again not Midas fault, I never saw or heard from the salesperson again-so Midas was my only contact. I asked him to keep the mess under contriol & he tried his best.

He was here everyday and the people he had working for him were terrific. The owner is wonderful and the workmanship above board.

Do ask for a project schedule/timeline for each phase of project.
Do request same crew comes each day and make sure you are introduced to each member of crew and that the crew chief/ supervisor is identified.
Do meet with contractor weekly to discuss progress.
Do expect the unexpected. For example, we had to relocate meters addidng thousands of dollars to our job.
Have progress meeting with both the architect and the contractor on your site for a walk thru during construction process.

Attention to detail was the biggest strength of Bau ( the owner) he truly has an artisit's eye and so does his crew. They take pride in their work and work has a team.

It has gone very well. I would recommend them to anyone. Baw Kwong is the owner and he is very professional and insures that his team provides the highest quality of work. He was on the job everyday and met with the owner to resolve issues. The team led by Andy was very hardworking. They are true craftsmen. They used two subs that were also very good. Zhao Electric did the electrical work and Universal Yard and Tree did the concrete work. The job was completed ahead of time and on budget.
