MDS Mobile Detail Specialist

WOW! We had 3 cars detailed in February - a 2004 Chrysler, a 2010 BMW and a 2013 F150 and they all looked like NEW. Our expectations were certainly exceeded. The BMW had a couple of scratches so Ron went to the dealer and picked up touch up paint and sealer before applying the igl quartz coating (BTW fabulous). Very nice people to work with. Customer focused. You might think you can wax your car yourself, but it doesn't turn out like this.

After a few hours of work, MDS made my daughter's 2007 Mazda 3 showroom ready. The car came out great. We will definitely use MDS for all our future detailing needs. The work is great. The price is fair. And the customer service is excellent.

My car looked faded and unkempt. Those of you who have animals, will know the havoc caused by hair and nails. There isn't any evidence of pet ownership except in the trunk. Given the material found there, it is almost impossible to remove all hair. Ron came close!!
He was prompt in response as well as in showing up at the arranged time. His price was more than fair.

I lent my 13 year old Toyota to my nephew for about 5 months while he worked a fast food job to save enough money to get his own car. Unfortunately, he is a smoker and although he swore he never smoked in the car, (I made him promise not to before I would let him use the it) the interior smelled of stale smoke, teenage boy sweat and old grease. The interior was also very dirty and sticky. Since he works such long hours he was too busy to do it himself, he agreed to pay to have the interior professionally cleaned.
While I was trying to find a place that would do this ( I'm fairly new to the area) I saw the MDS trailer go through our neighborhood. I noted down the website and checked it out. They are a little cheaper than some of the other places in the Tri Valley and had good reviews on Yelp. (Was not yet on Angie's List) I sent an email and received a response in less than 4 hours. We were able to set up an appointment for 3 days later.
I decided to have the exterior done as well since the move on a car carrier across the country was pretty h****** it. Ron is a very friendly, hard working guy and did a really thorough job. He comes to you with everything needed to detail a car except a power outlet. It took him about 4 hours of nonstop work. He made sure I was satisfied with the results before he left. Wow, not only did he get rid of all the bad interior smells, my little old Toyota looks like a new car, inside and out!
I would highly recommend this very convenient service!
