I bought the firmest mattress because I have a bad back. The mattress went from being firm as a brick to me sinking down about 5 inches within the first month. They told me I would have to pay a restocking fee, $50 for someone to come out and look at it, and the cost of another mattress. They told me I would have to pay for someone to pick it up. I told them I was very unhappy and they didn't care. I asked to speak to someone higher up and the girl said I would just get the same answer from them.
