+ -1 moreA day after purchase, a sales clerk called to say that a mistake was made. She needed me to come down and pay another $200.00 as that money wasn't coming out of her paycheck. She gave me an 800 number to register a complaint. Only recorded messages are available at that number. No one is returning my calls or emails - so they have taken my money and not delivered any goods.
Description of Work: I purchased a full sleeper sofa as advertised in newspaper ad.
