The overall experience was barely acceptable. The sales/ordering part was OK. We were told we could schedule the install within one week and three weeks later nothing had happened. We were told the carpet had not come into their store, but received different stories when we called back and ultimately felt they were not truthful since they eventually agreed to schedule the install for the next day when supposedly the carpet had not been delivered. The install was poor quality - they scuffed up our brand new baseboards and when we called they initially tried to deny that the installers would even touch the baseboards. They eventually agreed to send their ''expert'' to repaint. The guy showed up 4 hours late (only after many calls from us) and it turned out to be the same installer that had damaged the baseboards and no painting equipment. We wanted to talk with management for some resolution to our concerns and instead the company just charged our credit card for the entire amount.
