Sadly- I can not recommend this moving company due to a disappointing experience I wish to spare others. HomeLove Movers in Dublin "lost" a total of 6 items. Despite sending videos and holding a conversation regarding the number of household items (described as the contents of a 2,000 sq foot home) we received a 26 foot box truck (with a large hole in the roof). As a result, the move took multiple trips and 11.5 hours (Pleasanton to Brentwood). The two gentlemen who moved us were exhausted. We became aware of the missing items within 24 hours- these were items we actually saw get put on the truck- and called to ask if they could double check the truck for our items. We were told to check our home and our former home, which, we did. We called back to let them know we still could not locate these items and reiterated that we saw them on the truck and we were told we needed to look again. Terrible Customer service and poor communication. AVOID USING

These guys were fantastic! They're quick, professional, and know exactly what they're doing. I couldn't believe how much they accomplished in such a short period of time! They easily accommodated every extra request and completely rolled with the punches of complex stairwells, etc. It was also simple to book. Communication was timely and informative!

To be honest, I prefer smaller, family-run businesses. These guys made the move much less stressful; they were courteous and treated my belongings as if they were their own. They left the house spotless, so my landlord will refund my deposit. Thank you for the relocation!
