It went really well. His crew showed up when he said they would. They worked hard and the work was excellent. He made a number of suggestions to improve the final result which we took. His suggestions for material were quite good. He steered us away from Trex to Fiberon Ipe which is an excellent product. His suggestion for deck lighting was very good and we took him on his suggestion as well. The ornamental "iron" fencing was powdered coated steel which is vastly superior to painted true iron since it requires almost zero maintenance and does not need painting. All in all, we were very happy and love our new deck and retaining wall. He back filled our retaining walls with excellent quality soil. It took 3 truck loads which his crew had to wheel barrow by hand about 100 feet to our backyard. They got it all the soil moved in less than 2 days which was quite amazing.

The workers were fast and the job was complete rather quickly. I was not happy how they left trash and extra parts after the job was done. We have had them to come back to repair a few things on the fencing. They will come back out to put a trench around our metal fencing to prevent flooding when it rains. I will probably not use them again in the future.

Contractor initially returned my call during days of massive rain storms. Said he would call the following Monday, but didn't. Has not responded to subsequent call or e-mail. He did nice work at a neighbor's house and I would have liked him to bid our job. Now we'll proceed with a different contractor.

He is excellent. He did some fencing and got another site to do now. He does good work and flexible. I don't have to move the plants as he takes care of them and puts it back. He is just excellent.
