H & H POOL SERVICE

The pump was fine; the pump basket had fractured and debris had gone though and clogged the entrance to the pump. All it needed was a good cleaning out, and a new pump basket.

Great.  We had trouble with another pool company who couldn't seem to get our pool chemistry going.  We brought in H&H.  They figured out that we needed our filter cleaned and a few other things.  These guys are great.  Very competent, professional.  Night and day better than the previous pool company.  We have a monthly contract with them now to maintain our pool.

I do my own pool maintenance on a regular basis, but now travel for one to two month periods each year. Getting adequate pool service for those short periods has been a continuing problem, with poor service, lack of response. I tried H&H this past fall for the first time, service was excellent--quickly responsive, professional, handled all pool items including minor repairs to equipment. I will continue to use them on future trips.

The company is very professional, service is excellent. Repairs are complete. Also have monthly service plan and have been pleased with the level of service.

I contacted H&H by email and received a reply in about an hour. I described how the pool filter pump had stopped working and that it was controlled by a automated system. David was able to arrange for his technician to come out the next day. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair all within about 30 minutes. I asked him about another small problem I was having with the pool and he was able to give me a reasonable quote. H&H was very responsive and professional. I'd definitely recommend them for any pool repair work.

We called and left a message and sent an email to ask for a service technician to come out. We waiting a few days for a return call but once scheduled, the knowledgeable technician arrived on time and provided excellent service.

THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO DO AN OUTSTANDING JOB FOR US OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS. THEIR SERVICE REP IS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE.

THE OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT, CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN HIS INSPECTIONS AND I KNOW OUR POOL IS IN GREAT SHAPE BECAUSE OF THEM.

WE RELY ON H&H TO KEEP OUR POOL AND SPA MAINTAINED AND CLEAN. THEY ARRIVE ON A SCHEDULED DAY EACH WEEK. THIS REGULAR MAINTENANCE ALLOWS US TO USE OUR POOL ALL THE TIME WITH OUT WORRYING ABOUT CHEMICALS OR REPAIR.

THE SERVICE IS DONE WEEKLY & THEY ARE ON TIME. THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE IS GOOD. THE PERSON WHO CHECKS WEEKLY IS FRIENDLY & EXPLAINS ANYTHING IF IT NEEDS TO BE EXPLAINED.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND RESPONSE. THEY NORMALLY DO JUST A WEEKLY CHEMICAL CHECK ON OUR SPA, BUT WE WERE ALSO HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE SUCTION ON OUR PUMP. THEY CHECKED IT OUT WHEN THEY WERE HERE AND THEY DETERMINED THE CAUSE. A SWITCH ON THE FILTER HAD BEEN ACCIDENTALLY TURNED TO THE INCORRECT POSITION. THEY CORRECTED IT AND DID NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING EXTRA.
