About us

My name is Frank Zavala III. I have been in the tile trade for over 15 years, specialising in Mud Float / Thin Set application. This method adds a minimum 50 years to the life of your tile. And is much more aesthetically pleasing due to the flat, level and plumb surface that is achieved. I offer a full explanation of the installation procedure, free estimates, and help with design and lay out. I do all of the work myself (with a helper) so that I can provide the highest quality installation and service to my customers.

Phenomenal experience. Frank answered the phone on the first ring, quickly arranged for a walk-through, provided a written estimate, and finish the two-stage job within the week. The quality of the work, which included a multi-layered splash on the vanity, was impressive. Frank asked pertinent questions, made appealing design suggestions, and worked well with our existing materials. During the job, he carefully protected the rest of the bathroom and our driveway- he had a great outdoor setup for his van, tile saw, and mortar. We couldn't be more pleased and we'll use him on all of our future tile projects.
