Decorative Concrete Service
I made the mistake of paying Oscar France in full ($6,885) before he finished the job. He was strapped and I was gullible. That was in May. He kept saying he would come back and finish the job. He left my concrete stained and some of my home's siding broken (where he built the concrete form). I cannot recommend him. He didn't follow through. Oscar promised me he would keep his word, but he didn't. It's been over five months. I've learned my lesson, the expensive way.
