So far it has been excellent. I thought they are very reasonable. They are very nice guys. They seemed very honest. I would definitely use them again.

The pool is really nice and I really love it. It's pretty deep on one end and shallow on the other and part of it is like a spa. They did a really good job and were professional. They are a reliable company and I would highly recommend them. Our pool looks great and they were very responsive to our needs.

DUBLIN POOL AND SPA WERE VERY HELPFUL. BEFORE THEY JUST REPLACED THE PUMP, THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT THE SYSTEM TO SEE IF IT WOULD BE MORE COST EFFECTIVE TO REPAIR IT. THEY KNOW A LOT ABOUT SEVERAL PUMP SYSTEMS. THEY HAVE A GREAT STAFF THAT IS PROFESSIONAL.

DUBLIN POOL AND SPA DID A GREAT JOB. THE SPA LOOKS VERY INVITING. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WORKED HARD TO GET THE SPA UP AND RUNNING VERY QUICKLY. THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

BRIAN CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE SPA. AFTER TESTING, HE DETERMINED THAT THE FLOW SWTICH NEEDED TO BE REPLACE. HE ARIVED ON TIME AND THE WORK WAS PERFORMED AS NEEDED.

THE STAFF AT DUBLIN POOL AND SAP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND FIGURED OUT HE PROBLEM VERY QUICKLY. THEY REPLACED A RELAY SWITCH AND HAD THE SPA UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. THEY DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL THE SPA WAS HEATING AND WORKING PROPLERLY.

THEY SHOW UP ON TIME EACH WEEK AND DO A GREAT JOB. THE POOL ALWAYS LOOKS GREAT. THEY HAVE IT BALANCED SO WE HARDLY EVER HAVE TO ADD THE CHEMICAL. THEY DO IT ALL. THEY REALLY DO A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

TODD WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN HE CAME OUT TO SERVICE AND TEACH ME HOW TO DO THE MAINTANCE ON THE SPA. HE WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE MADE THE SPA MORE USER FRIENDLY AFTER HE HAD HELPED US TO LEARN HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT.

6 WEEKS LATER, THE WRONG PART WAS ORDERED AND DELIVERED ONLY TO NOT BE INSTALLED. THE HEAD RESTS WERE ALSO NEVER ORDERED AFTER REQUESTING THEM TWICE. JACUZZI IS STILL NOT FIXED.
