I wish I could report I had a positive experience. I called Dave today to check on my sewing machine. It was at Dublin Sewing Center for the second time within a months time. Four days ago he told me he'd look at Friday. I hadn't heard from Dave so I called asking about the status of my machine inspection. He tells me he hadn't even looked at my machine. Despite the lady I'd seen and the 2 repair technicians Dave told me were there, he claimed to be overwhelmed because he was working alone. I guess I wasn't supposed to question Dave about the missed commitment because he angrily slammed down the phone while yelling out ******! When I picked my machine up, Dave profusely apologized. However, in this day and age and given recent events surrounding race relations in the US, it's deeply disturbing that he instinctively hurls racial insults.

The person at the shop showed me how to adjust the thread to correct the problem. I guess that because my machine is so old, the thread wasn't seating properly in the tension control. They didn't do anything to the machine and didn't charge me. I appreciate their honesty in showing me the solution. I will definitely go back when my machine needs servicing.

THE GENTLEMEN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MY SEWING MACHINE AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE ON MY MACHINE. THEY TOLD ME THE APPROXIMATE COST AND CAME IN UNDER THAT PRICE.

I USE MY MACHINE DAILY AND THEY CLEAN AND OIL AND MAINTAIN THE MACHINE EACH DECEMBER. THIS MACHINE IS A WORK HORSE FOR ME AND I TRUST THEM TO KEEP IT UP. I HAVE ALSO HAD THEM WORK ON 2 OLD KENMORE'S (JANUARY 2005) AND THE WORK HAS BEEN EXCELLENT.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY SEWING MACHINE. THE MACHINE IS GETTING OLD, BUT THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO REPLACE ALL THE BROKEN DOWN ITEMS AND IT STILL RUNS PERFECTLY.

I TOOK MY MACHINE TO DUBLIN SEWING CENTER AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE TENSION IN A VERY FAST WAY. THEY CLEANED THE BOBBIN AREA AND HAD THE MACHINE READY TO GO IN JUST UNDER 30 MINUTES.
