My Honda Civic had a paint flaw (paint on roof pealing off) which was a factory problem recognized by Honda. Honda extended the warranty to cover this issue. I took my car to Dublin Honda to have the work done. The experience was good overall and didn't cost me anything. The people at the Dublin Honda were professional and treated me well. My only complaint is that it took 3 months to get an appointment and Honda Dublin had my car for two weeks. They told me ahead of time how long it would take but it seems like a long time. When the work was completed, it was flawless. The paint looked new again. Even though it took a long time, I would use them again for other services.

I like the proximity. Their location is near, and their responsibility just happens to be there. The staff is good. The work is very good.

I was annoyed they kept finding stuff. It was a basic service and they ended up doing a bunch of stuff. I mostly get annoyed because I'm not really sure they are doing a good job. I don't know if they are inventing what is wrong. It seems silly that I go in for a basic service and then they keep finding all these other repairs. They are pricey. The work seems to hold. I will reluctantly use them in the future.

Dublin Honda is good. I used to go to Toyota until they got all uppity and Honda has not yet gotten uppity. The sales people were good. I may probably buy a hybrid from Honda again.

They just have a really big service department and my car was due for its major maintenance. That is why we went there. They are convenient and they seemed good. The car was ready when they said it would be ready.

I brought my car in for a tune up, left it off in the morning and was told it would be ready by 4:30. At 5:15 Dublin Auto called me and said it wasn't ready, when it was supposed to be ready at 4:30. They said they had tried to contact me all afternoon, but there were no missed calls on my cell phone, which is the number I told them they could reach me at. When I said I needed my car to get home they said it wasn't drivable and I couldn't take it home. They did offer me a rental but I was told I would have to pay for insurance on the rental. They continued to insist that they called me even contrary to my cell phone logs. There is no way I will ever go back to them not for service and not for sales.

I am not quite sure what it entailed. They changed the fluids, rotating the tires, checking the mechanical/electrical components, wipers, signals, lights, horn, brakes and that sort of thing. Whatever the 15,000 check up is. They did the job quicker than I could. What would take me eight hours probably took them three.

It was a good experience. It was easy. I called them because I had found a similar car online with a different dealer, the only thing was they didn't have the color I wanted. Actually, I had a price quote from them, and when I called Dublin Honda they had the exact car I wanted. I asked them for the price and they basically matched it, so it was pretty easy. I just walked in and asked for the guy I talked to, and I got the car I wanted for the price -- no hassle, no haggling of prices, so that was good.

It was good. I was in and out in an hour. It was fast and convenient. I didn't have to make an appointment and you're able to see the actual work area, so you're able to see your car being worked on.
