It went well from scheduling, quote, removal and installation. the frameless enclosure looks great. Just a minor issue, the area where the old framed was they used almond color caulking to hide the old area. The caulking doesn't match the current grout or tile and the door seal is making a grove in the caulking. This could be a potential issue long term if not corrected.

Dublin Glass was the sub-contractor used by our contractor in our remodel project. Mike the owner came out to take measurements first. He was very nice and professional and answered all of our questions. When the shower door was ready for installation, two courteous young men came out to do the job. The installation went smoothly and it looks great. We opted for the Starphire Glass with the Diamon Fusion coating. We haven't used it yet so we can't comment on how well the coating works. Based on how easy it went, we would use them again.

They were very polite and was timely with the fulfillment of the order. Our order was basically to cut a piece of glass and to grind the edges so that people don't cut themselves. We brought the coffee table over for measurements and we went to pick up the final product. It's a very nice, family-run business, apparently. I'd definitely go back again if I needed some other piece of glass.

Dublin glass was prompt, on time, and did quality work installing a new sliding shower door and large mirror. The rain pattern frameless glass doors with towel bar is great looking and their price was a couple of hundred less than their competitors. Installers were fast and did excellent work.

The office staff was very professional. The measure was very quick and responsive to my inquiries.

Excellent customer service!The glass that I wanted was out of stock in the tempered glass. As I was under a deadline with my contractor Dublin Glass bought un-tempered glass and took it to be tempered for me. 100% above and beyond normal customer service. The glass looks spectacular.

Mike (Owner) came to the house to inspect the lights and familiarize himself with the product. I gave him a sample of the Mica and he went to work. The Mica had to be ordered from New York and this was done in a timely fashion. Once he had the Mica it was only 2 days for the pieces to be cut and installed in the fixtures. The office at Dublin Glass kept me informed on how the project was going the whole time. Dublin Glass is a very easy company to work with, everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable about the work they perform.
