Our business specializes in everything outdoor. Our top products are Hot tubs, Swim Spas, Patio Furniture, Modular Steel Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets, Masonry BBQ Islands, Bbq's, Outdoor Appliances and Louvered Pergolas. We also install gas fireplaces, gas & electric inserts, barbecues, fire pit burners, gas log sets, and patio heaters. We pride ourselves on offering the best and widest selection of products to our customers. We only carry high quality reputable brands and are one of the few fireplace companies that have in house service technicians. Our sales staff has a combined 48+ years of experience and we have proudly been at the same location in Dublin since 1976. INSTALLERS WERE VERY CAREFUL IN THE WORK THEY WERE DOING AS THEY WERE WORKING AROUND NEWLY INSTALLED HARDWOOD FLOORS. TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW THE HOMEOWNERS THE STEP BY STEP OPERATION OF THE STOVE.

THE SERVICE PEOPLE THAT CAME OUT WERE WONDERFUL. WHEN THEY TESTED THE GAS LINES THAT WERE ONLY INSTALLED ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO, THEY SHOWED ME ON THE METER WERE THERE WAS A LEAK AT EVERY JOINT. THEY WERE NOT SEALED ORIGINALLY. THEY STAYED LATE TO FINISH THE JOB RIGHT AND INSTALLED THE INSERT ALSO. IT WORKS LIKE A DREAM.

CUSTOM FIREPLACE PROVIDED US WITH MANY OPTIONS AND PRICE RANGES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A FIREPLACE INSERT OR A FREE STANDING UNIT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH THEM, NO HIGH PRESSURE.

THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED. THE STOVE HAS HELPED ME SAVE SIGNIFICANTLY ON MY WINTER GAS BILLS. THEY ALSO STORE PELLETS AT THEIR FACILITY. I CAN BUY A TON OF WOOD PELLETS, BUT I DON'T HAVE TO STORE THEM IN MY GARAGE. I CAN GET 10 BAGS AT A TIME, AND THE STORE WAREHOUSES THE REST FOR ME AT NO CHARGE.
