I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT DAVE CLINGERMAN (THE OWNER) PROVIDED. I CONTACTED HIM BY PHONE AND THEN WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR HIM TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT MY HOUSE. HE MADE A FEW SUGGESTIONS AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE PUT TOGETHER A QUOTE AND THEN WE AGREED ON A TENTATIVE START DATE (DUE TO WEATHER AND OTHER JOBS AHEAD OF MINE). HE KEPT ME POSTED OF HIS PROGRESS BY A SEVERAL PHONE CALLS. ONCE WORK STARTED HE WAS ON SITE EVERYDAY WORKING HIMSELF OR SUPERVISING HIS TALENTED STAFF. EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY (ESPECIALLY WITH MY 4 YEAR OLD WHO LOVED WATCHING THEM). THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION AND I HAVE ALREADY TALKED TO HIM ABOUT COMING BACK TO DO SOME INTERIOR WORK.
Description of Work: THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE WAS FIRST POWERWASHED (ALONG WITH OUR TILE ROOF FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE). THEN THE HOUSE WAS PAINTED WITH THE BASE NEEDING ONE COAT AND THE TRIM NEEDING TWO COATS.
