CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CARPET

We worked with Doug Fields who is no longer with California Custom Carpets.  He did a great job for us.  It took several tries to find the right color and style of flooring.  Doug was really patient and very knowledgeable; he steered us toward durable, nice looking flooring that met all our needs.  He came to our house to measure and develop an estimate.  After we chose the flooring, he came back to our house with his foreman and made sure that the order was correct.  He re-measured the rooms, and carefully looked at all the details of our rooms --  steps down into our living room, details around fireplaces, etc.  He also helped us get new baseboards delivered.  I painted them over the weekend prior to install, and the flooring installers installed them.  After we placed our order, we learned that the manufacturer was discontinuing the floor and there was limited supply.  There was enough from different lots and 3 different warehouses to finish our job, but Doug wisely advised us not to go that route.  Instead Doug went through the entire showroom and samples and found a different floor and manufacturer that was a dead ringer for the flooring we initially wanted.  The product he helped us pick was very similar in quality and ended up being about $500 less expensive than the original flooring we chose.  After all that, the floors were installed without a problem through another local subcontractor.  It was a successful project, and one year later, we are still very happy with the quality of the product and the installation.  

CALIFORNIA CUSTOM CARPETS HAS VERY HIGH QUALITY QWORK AND PRODUCTS. THEY ARE ON TIME AND WORK HARD TO MEET THE TIME FRAME THEY GIVE YOU TO BE DONE. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY PREFORMED FOR US. PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH.
