We're pleased. Our sales rep (Jayson Operio) was very knowledgeable and helpful and did a good job of demonstrating how the equipment worked and making recommendations. The equipment itself met our expectations. We were also very pleased with the installers (Tyson Hugstrom), they were VERY professional, contacting us about the delay when their schedule started to slip a bit. We were particularly impressed with their ability to assemble this complex equipment very efficiently at the end of a long day. It works perfectly, they really knew what they were doing.
