Dec 2014
Busy Bee Green is no longer providing services, I just received the following email from Ernesto:
"This is to inform you that we are discontinuing our house cleaning services effective immediately. Recently I have had a great opportunity come my way that could not be passed. Also the physical work has been getting increasingly more difficult for us. Please contract with another provider. I would like to thank you for your patronage and will return your key on Saturday morning. I prefer not to mail for safety reasons."
Not that it matters anymore if they truly are "discontinuing their house cleaning services" but I gave them one star for being greedy in their business practices (as Deborah H. and Jo B. have Yelped) being unreliable and lacking overall business sense.
On their last scheduled cleaning December 5th, Rocio notified me the day before that, "We need to cancel tomorrow's cleaning due to I have been sick this week and today was the worst so far, I've been having fever and I need to go tomorrow to the doctor. We don't have anybody that can help Ernesto so that's why we are canceling. Sorry about that."
I emailed back on December 5th:
"I hope you get better soon.
Will the next scheduled clean-up be December 19th? Please confirm."
The next email I received was the above mentioned email from Ernesto indicating they are going out of business. A two day notice? Really? We will be entertaining guest starting this week and ending after Christmas, common business courtesy would be to give at least a 2 week notice. I have 1 day to find another provider! Unbelievable!
