I dropped by to have the key changed out on my truck. After a quick inspection, not only did they determine I did not need it, but they troubleshot what was mechanically wrong with my truck. =D No charge and a whole lot of honesty. Thanks and I'll be back when I actually *need* a locksmith.

We're very satisfied with Joey's work. He came out on time and he's very professional. When we told him that we wanted to have a master key for all doors (different request from what we told him on the phone), he handled our request in courteous manner and finished the job in no time.

Locksmith was very polite and helpful. After first visit, the locks were set up in a way that I could not open both locks and open door, but he fixed this. He did make a prompt appointment which he missed, and admitted to forgetting about me. He was quick to take responsibility and rectify situation. I would hire this company again.

BAY LOCK AND KEY CAME OUT JUST A FEW HOURS LATER AND REPLACED THE FRONT DOOR LOCK. THEY WERE FAST, FRIENDLY AND VERY POLITE. THEY DID NOT OVER CHARGE FOR WORK ON SHORT NOTICE.

BAY LOCK AND KEY TOLD US THEY HAD A THREE HOUR WAIT BUT THEY WOULD GET THERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEY WOULD MAKE A KEY SO WE COULD REMOVE THE HITCH WITH HAVING IT CUT OFF. THEY MADE IT OUT BEFORE THE TIME THEY GAVE US.

BAY LOCK AND KEY CAME OUT TO GET ME INTO MY HOUSE. THEY MADE A KEY RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT. THEY WERE GREAT. THE MAN WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE TOLD US TO MAKE SURE TO HAVE A BACK UP SOME PLACE. A PLACE NO ONE ELSE WOULD THINK OF.

BAY LOCK AND KEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO OUR CALL TO HAVE A LOCK REPLACED THAT HAD BEEN GLUED FROM THE OUTSIDE. THEY WERE FAST, FRIENDLY AND DID NOT OVER CHARGE ON SHORT NOTICE CALLS.
