Matthew from Pressure Pros was prompt on the day we scheduled, and very thorough with his explanation of what he would be doing, and the cautions afterwards. He worked on the roof longer than I expected, but the after pictures verified how clean it was. Excellent value for great service and followup. He sent before and after pictures and everything I needed to satisfy the insurance company. I highly recommend Bay Area Pressure Pros and Matthew Williamson!

Roof Cleaning Service
I scheduled the job with Matthew Williamson of Bay Area Pressure Pros. He told me they would use a cleaning solution and the roof would look as good as new. He also assured me that he would cover all areas to prevent any damage from the cleaning solution. When he came for the job, he didn't cover the plants or the area underneath. He just washed down the plants before cleaning and assured me this was sufficient. After the cleaning, I noticed there was still dirt and residue in several areas. He did a quick re-clean and assured me all the residue would clear up in a few days. When it didn't clear up, I contacted him and he said to wait 2 weeks. Also, during this time several of my plants showed damage from the cleaning solution. Initially, he said he would take care of the issues but now he is refusing and asking me to wait for 12 weeks. I have copies of text messages with him and although he assured me he would take of the issues, he is not honoring it now.

"Mukesh, thank you for your input on this matter. However, there are a couple misleading statements you have made about your experience with us. As I explained to you on the phone and in person, our roof wash solution does a very good job at cleaning your roof but your roof will never look "good as new" and I never said that. There was a night and day difference with your roof cleaning. As I also explained to you on the phone, in person multiple times and as is stated in our terms and conditions which you accepted, we DO NOT rinse the roof after treating the organics on your roof. This leaves dead debris on your roof that naturally falls off over time, which usually takes about 6-12 weeks. Again this was explained to you multiple times in person and over the phone and is also in our terms and conditions. I did agree to come rinse your roof at your request once that period has passed, which to date has not happened, and will still do so. This is the industry standard and again was clearly explained to your multiple times with your consent each time. You have changed your story multiple times with me and with Angi on this. Regarding your plants, I did not cover them becuase it was 103F that day and the greenhouse effect would have damaged them. This was also explained to you and you gave me your consent not to cover them. Your plants were also diseased prior to the treatment of your roof as shown on the pre-inspection report which I sent you a copy of and one to angi for this matter, so the "Damage" you are alleging is out of my hands. Again you have been misleading with this and I have provided Angi with the photographic evidance of this. As for the "quick re-clean", I spent and extra hour and a half meticulously gowing over each roof tile and making sure that there was no living organic matter. It is safe to say that I went above and beyond, not to mention I also did a free gutter brightening as a special thank you for choosing us as your roof cleaning service. We did a "phenominal job nuetralizing all the organic growth on your roof and "Did a great job explaining the work and cleaning the roof, Matthew was vary knowledgable, friendly, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them!". These were your words when we finished per your google review. I hope you find a solution to whatever is troubling you, thank you."

Mathew was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We had a few specific instructions for the roof, and he complied without complaint. It was also very clear that he knew what he was doing, when compared to other companies that offered similar services. Without a doubt, this company is one of the better pressure washers to hire.

Bay Area Pressure Pros did a great job for me. They go above and beyond by be meticulous and ensuring the job was done correctly. They even followed up to make sure I was happy with the job. I will be scheduling quarterly patio and awning cleaning with them. GREAT JOB!
