All Video Repair

The day after the service call, the store called to follow up on the service as well as to invite me to their store. If I buy from them the $95 will be reduced off the top of a new tv. At this point I do not know when I will buy a replacement tv.

John was able to look at the pictures that I sent to him and said that it was not worth fixing. The unit has a bad panel and a new panel would run between $1200 to $1300 just for the parts. He said that he has seen this before on other sets but not on mine. In any case this does not lead me to feel real excited about buying another Samsung. Product. He suggested to stay away from LCD as Manufacturers will be moving to all LEC and Plasma. John was very helpful and I really appreciated not having to pay for a service call. Our old 27” tube color TV decided to blink out and only display a horizontal half inch across the middle of the screen, everything else was working fine. After considering the option of getting a new flat screen TV we opted to delay this $2000-3000 expense a bit longer, hopefully for years. We called and were given clear information on my options and costs, either bringing in the TV or schedule a repair person to come to the house. We were told there was a fee for the estimate, which was applicable to the cost of the repair if they subsequently did the repair. We took the TV in on Saturday, they helped unload the TV from our vehicle, processed the paperwork and we paid the estimate fee. They said that the technician would be calling us on Monday, but no later than Tuesday with information on what was wrong and the estimate for the repairs. We received a phone call at 9:00AM Monday morning. We decided to let them do the repairs and were told it would be ready the next day. We were unable to pick it up until the weekend. It was ready and waiting, and once again we received prompt professional service and they assisted us in loading the TV into our vehicle. I will definitely use them for other TV or video repairs, and have already recommended them to friends and family.

My overall experience was great.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK THE VCR AND HAD IT REPAIRED IN A VERY SHORT TIME. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THEM.

ALL VIDEO WAS CERTAINLY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. THEY WERE TIMELY AND SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID. UNFORTUNATELY, SINCE THIS WAS A WARRANTY REPAIR, THE PARTS AND AUTHORIZATION HAD TO COME FROM THE MANUFACTURER BEFORE ANYTHING COULD BE DONE. THE LETDOWN WAS THAT THEY COULDN'T SEEM TO GET THE RIGHT PARTS. THE PROCESS TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS. HOWEVER, ALL VIDEO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY, INCLUDING HAVING TECHS COME TO MY HOME THE NIGHT BEFORE THE SUPERBOWL AND SUCCEEDED IN GETTING IT WORKING.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE AUDIO AND VISUAL EQUIPMENT. THE REPAIRMEN ARE ALWAYS HONEST ON WHETHER THE EQUIPMENT IS WORTH REPAIRING OR NOT.

THIS COMPANY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY TO COME OUT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID THE WORK VERY QUICKLY. THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND THE TV IS WORKING GREAT NOW.

ALL VIDEO REPAIR DID A GREAT JOB. THEY FOUND A MATCHING KNOB FOR THE TV AND WERE ABLE TO FIX THE VCR ATTACHED TO THE TV. BOTH ARE WORKING PROPERLY NOW. THEY WERE FAST AND FRIENDLY.

THE TWO INDIVIDUALS WERE VERY HELPFUL IN THE PROCESS OF IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM AND SITUATION, AND GIVING ME THE OPTION OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY WERE VERY SPECIFIC AND DETAILED ABOUT THE PROBLEM, AND VERY HELPFUL WITH THE SOLUTION.
