I called and got someone live the first try. He offered to come to my house the same day. However, I wasn't able to be there that day, so I set a time with him for two days later. He arrived a few minutes ahead of time, which was fine. He was done in about 20 minutes. I paid by credit card when he was done.

It went very smoothly. Ours wasn't a rush job but it was nice that the locksmith could fit us in the day after we called. He was on time, courteous and efficient.

AAA responded quickly. He said that he would be at our home at an appointed time and he was there. He cleaned up as he went. All in all we are very happy with the work performed.

THE GUY THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY COURTEOUS. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND WAS ABLE TO SHOW US WHY HE COULD NOT REPAIR THE LOCK. HE DID NOT OVER CHARGE, AND WAS DONE QUICKLY. WAS ABLE TO MATCH THE DOOR KNOB ALMOST PERFECT.
