He's EXTREMELY trustworthy. He knows the best way to get the job done and not overcharge you. He is very thorough, if there was ever a problem he would point it out to me and fix it properly. For example, when the house was built, the sewage pipe that emitted fumes was leading into the attic and not outside, Bill caught this and fixed it right away for a reasonable cost. He would show up every day on time, and if there was ever an issue, he would notify me. I was very confident in his dedication and pride in his work. He does beautiful work and I would recommend him to anyone.
