To be fair, they did do a decent job on my floors and three of my bathrooms. I just felt that for the price and the amount of people they had, much more (maybe double) could have been accomplished if they worked an average speed.

Unfortunately, our company does not clean garages nor external areas of the home. I am sorry that was not disclosed prior to the appointment. The work you requested in your kitchen was above and beyond the normal cleaning as described in the Big Deal purchase. The team did the best that they could do in the time purchased. Tri Maids was originally supposed to come three days before but our remodel was running a little behind, called them up one hour before they were supposed to show up and it was no problem for them to reschedule.
Upon arrival they asked us how long they were supposed to stay working though communication was very difficult as they could not speak English. Upon completion of the job they came to me with the bill and which had $ 99.00 on it, the price I had paid over the Angie's List site and they had marked it off and written $ 140.00 next to it and wanted me to pay the difference. I showed them my receipt showing what I paid and she insisted I call her office, which I refused to do.
After they left I checked their work and found they did a good job, though their was still cob-webs in the entrance way above the front door, the area behind that TV in the bedroom was not dusted.
That's the bad.
Now the GOOD..They were prompt, efficient and put things back where they were when they started. In a couple of situations they improved our situation by minor changes.
I loved hearing my wife's joy when she saw how clean the glass Entertainment Center, and every mirror in our home is so very clean.
Carpet's all looked new again.
Over all, they did a very good job.
They did do a good job of cleaning, however, they went at such a fast pace, that items were broken.
As I said, I have not used them for many years so they probably have a whole different team. If I were looking for a home cleaning service, I would probably give them an opportunity to quote.
They have always been professional and timely. I have a 2800 square foot home and it takes approximately 2 - 3 hours to do. I usually go a do shopping when they are in my home (they are very trustworthy). Three or four ladies spread out thought the house and clean like crazy. Hard water in the bathroom shower is gone and the bathrooms left shining!! All our wood floors are cleaned with Murphy's Oil Soap. They bring all their own cleaning supplies and vacuum. They take out the trash and my home is left spotless. I recommend them highly.

I personally spoke with your wife and told her that we would have to talk with the crew and credit your account for the face wash and take the credit off of the next cleaning. We did speak with the crew and the crew member that was cleaning your bathroom that day is no longer with our company. We cannot have staff members with Tri Maids that cannot be trusted.
