Went extremely well. Even though they are remodeling the entire store and it's kinda messy right now, I had a hard time finding the ink as they had temporarily been moving stuff while under construction. But a very kind employee, Roy, offered to help. Took me to the new location for the inks but neither of us could find what I needed so he looked it up and it showed that they DID have some of them. Since they were not on the shelves, he found the packing boxes where extras were being kept (on top of a tall shelve, not even labeled as inks....) and got the ladder and went thru all the boxes for me until he found my inks!!! What a wonderful person to do all that just for a couple of ink cartridges. He had already offered to order it for me if we couldn't find it but that wasn't necessary, thank goodness. He was a lifesaver!
