Kurt responded to my inquiry sent to the Phantom Screen "main office". He came out and did an evaluation and estimate within a few days of our phone call, and exactly when he said he would. He told me then it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the custom cut screen to arrive (they make them in Japan). I called him at 5 weeks, he returned the call the next day and it had just come in. He put me on the schedule for the next week. Showed up on time and installed the screen. Fits perfectly.
