We called and made the appt and met them at the house. They came in van with all equipment they might need. They were careful and professional in opening the lock.

I got locked out when the door latch collapsed in the closed position. All our doors and windows were locked with deadbolts, my husband was out of town and I had no way to get in. I had my cell phone so called Monrovia Lock Shop. A wonderful man named Darrell came out within a half hour. He got me back into the house and diagnosed the problem with the latch portion of the front door lock. He had seen the problem before with that type of lock and contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent out a replacement latch and Darrell came out as soon as it arrived. He was so helpful and the repair/replacement process was done flawlessly. He got me out of a difficult spot and we will never hesitate to recommend Monrovia Lock Shop.
