Great! Blaine Hebert is a knowledgeable, honest and reputable expert in his field! Provided outstanding service at a reasonable price. Many other piano tuners refused to tackle because of the rarity of the piano. He knew exactly how to tune this gem. Highly recommend!

Communication to schedule appointment was a little rough but okay. Came right on schedule. Very willing to communicate about job being done, explain process, what's expected, etc. Single visit for pitch-raise/tuning. Provided postcard for annual tuning reminder. Suggested additional service for next year, like replacing key felts. Gave advice on cleaning exterior and keys, as well as advice on minor repairs I could do myself.

Blaine - has tuned our piano for quite a few years now and he has always done a fantastic job. He is very professional. In addition to his tuning services he has performed maintenance, such as cleaning and adjustments to the action of the keys. My son has a very good ear because of his violin playing and he always been very satisfied with Blaine's work.

Blaine Hebert stands apart from the three or four previous technicians who tuned our inherited Hamilton Baldwin upright over the years. His knowledge of the structure and workings of a piano is superb. He likened our piano, which dates from the early 1950s, to a used car with only 40,000 miles on it: somewhat used, but really very low mileage and in great shape. I was worried that after two interstate moves and seven years without a tuning it would be badly out of tune, but according to his ear and the electronic gizmo he used, our piano was actually in very good condition. Took him an hour to thoroughly tune it make some other minor adjustments. We will be using Mr. Hebert in the future to keep our piano in tip-top shape.

Everything went very well. Blaine was here for at least two hours. The piano was very out of tune, had some lose keys etc...The piano teacher noticed the vast improvement when she came to our house. He was great we were very happy and will see him on a yearly basis for sure.

He is a professional piano tuner, pretty skilled, creative, friendly, and flexible. He is really nice and good. My husband liked him a lot. I would use him again.

Blaine was extremely knowledgeable, honest and straightforward! I will definitely use him again at least every year to keep our piano sounding great! I will recommend him to everyone I know!

When Blaine came to the house, he showed us that some of the plastic elbows inside the piano had crumbled, causing some of he keys to stick in a down position. We asked him to replace all the plastic elbows. He removed the parts that needed fixing and took them to his shop for repair. He returned in 1 1/2 weeks to reinstall the repaired parts. The piano had not been played or tuned in some 35 years, so Blaine needed to raise the pitch and then tune the piano (he also replaced the felt in the pedals). We were very pleased with the work that Blaine did for us and will certainly call him again when the need arises.

He was very upfront about prices and prioritization of my options, with no pressure or gimmickry. I chatted with him nearly the whole time he was at work, and he was very generous with advice and general good natured conversaion. Very pleasant experience.

The piano tuning went very well. He spent the extra time required to bring this piano up almost a half-step and then fine-tuned. He answered all our questions and offered helpful suggestions. I will use BLAINE HEBERT PIANO SERVICE to help us maintain this instrument.

This piano is a 30 year old Wurlitzer spinet that we acquired used 6 years ago. It had been moved twice since last being tuned. The musician of the family is very pleased with the result, especially that she was able to play along with a piece being played on KMZT. Even to my untrained ear the piano sounds much better.
