Friendly, helpful, even handled the kind of laptop brought in for service for a major corporation. After the estimate part of the transaction the experience went down hill rapidly. Finally, ended up with a $400 dollar bill and a non-working computer.

I took the computer in and after a free estimate, the owner wanted to reinstall the Ubuntu OS.  When I said I knew how to do that, he graciously encouraged that I do it.  That graciousness cost him $90.00 in business.  When I called him two days later to tell him that I had the same symptoms he asked me to return the computer for further analysis.  When I brought it in he told me it might be several days for him to locate the intermittent fault.  It was several days. He could have told me that anything was wrong but he didn't.  He found a rather insignificant part was defective and I spent less than a hundred dollars. Thank you,  Gary.

Went great - they are so very helpful every time I'm there. Told me exactly what they would be doing to test it, also called with the hard drive recommendation, then called when it was ready (which was exactly when they said it would be). I always recommend this place to all my friends and family.

They were very knowledgeable (as I am, being a retired IT Tech) and helpful. I kind of knew what this would cost me, and they were pretty much in the ballpark on price. I figured I would just buy a newer model anyway and they had exactly what I wanted for the right price. After I set up my new PC, I realized it didn't have a modem so went back and they handed one to me (free). Would do business there again.
