THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING! THEY ARE HONEST, PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP. MY HUSBAND IS UNDERGOING CANCER TREATMENTS AND OUR WATER HEATER STOPPED WORKING. GOT A CALL ON SUNDAY MORNING FROM THE OWNER WHO IS HELPING US TRACK DOWN A PART THAT IS UNDER WARRANTY (HE DOESN'T HAVE TO DO IT) SO WE CAN GET HOT WATER BACK INTO OUR HOME MORE QUICKLY WHILE WE'RE AT THE HOSPITAL. AMAZING!!! I WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE FOR MY PLUMBING NEEDS!

The one toilet needed to have minor repairs.  Cold water line to bathroom sink had to be re routed and wallboard removed/replaced.  Tub/shower pipes had to be re anchored.  Omen shower faucet cartridge removed and replaced to ensure correct mixing of hot and cold water temps.  Faucet to bathroom sink was replaced.  Shower temp. Adjusted.  Hot water heater had to be reset.  Service was excellent and prompt.  I received exactly what was promised and no surprises.  I have used their services previously and find the owner, Dave, to be knowledgable, honest, and fair.

The work went very smoothly.  I was told what to expect and it went as I was told. The company arrived when they said they would and completed the job within the time they said it would take. The system is now in better shape than it has been at any time since I moved here 40 years ago.  Recently, I called them again for a stopped up bathtub.  They came in a timely manner, took care of it, and the cost was very reasonable.  I heartily recommend Dun-Well Plumbing.  It is true as they advertise that no job is too small & they handle big or small equally well.

They did not come when they said they were going to. It also took them a long time to get the job done because they were so late everyday and it took three days to do a one day job.
