Del Rio Pest Control

My landlord used this business for termite extermintaion and I was given a a two hour window for when they were supposed to show up on the day of the tenting. Fortuntately for me they didn't arrive during that window and eventually rolled up over half an hour late. I say fortunately for me because I was having difficulty getting my cat into the pet carrier... When they finally showed up (no apology for being late), I was already feeling quite distressed knowing I had to vacate the property and was running out of time. I asked the Del Rio team on site how long I had to get my cat safely out of the building and the man replied, "You have 30 minutes or your cat dies." In no world is that an acceptable answer; it's unprofessional, unhelpful and unecessary. If you want zero customer service and a cheap deal then this might work for you, but if you value attention to detail and compassion during a chaotic time, go somewhere else.

Terrible. Had them out 4 different times to fix fascia boards and repair termite damage. Each time it looks worse and the work is cracking, crooked and is an eye sore. They are bad at returning phone calls, had two no shows without even a call. Unreliable, unprofessional and I would not hire them for any job.

They're a local company doing some termite work. I asked them for a second opinion about what the other company told me. I am going to hire them to go up in my attic and enclose off all my openings. I just need to call them back and schedule it. There was no cost for the inspection. They got right back to me. He was very professional, young man. He was very good.

We have used Del Rio consistently at least 50 times over the last 4 years and LOVE them! Family owned, knowledgeable, honest and hard working guys. Every time another company is called in for a second opinion, Del Rio ALWAYS beats them in price. Above all, they provide outstanding service! The ideal service providers!

My experience with this company was good. They took care of the termite problem. Their price was competitive.

I recently used Del Rio Pest Control for the third time in a decade for control of subterranean termites. Previously on Sep. 5th 2004 I had them tent and fumigate the house (for $1972) because of refinancing and a few year prior to that I had them do local spraying under the house which did control the termites for a significant time.

I reused them because I was so pleased with their prior service. The most recent event was an inspection which did not find anyserious problems and I decided I could handle some of the minor repairs to prevent future problems.

The General Manager Fernando Gonzalez came out and did both a thorough inspection (I followed him around except under the house) and fairly accurate drawing of the house. He was very professional as he has been on past visits and did not push to be allowed to do the minor repairs.

The company has grown quite a bit in the 10 years I have been using them and I am still impressed by their service which is why I am making this post.
