We had initially contacted him in August and was very friendly on the phone. We ended up speaking again recently (12th). We scheduled an appointment for September 13th at 2pm for a free estimate. I liked the idea that he said I would receive a quote at the time of the appointment. Around 2:30, after not seeing him, I tried contacting him wondering where he was. I have heard nothing back.
Description of Work: .We needed upgrades in our bathroom and kitchen and some re-wiring that was previously done incorrectly.

The owner, Joey Wood, came by earlier in the week and gave me an estimate of $1850 do do the work listed above less one of the outlets in the garage. He explained the work he would be doing in detail and why some of it was driven by the code requirements. The estimate included a Murray 40 breaker 200 amp panel and I said I would prefer the Square D panel so he agreed to use it in place of the Murray for the same cost. I arranged to have him do the work later in the week. He arrived at 8:30 AM as scheduled with one assistant and completed the work in about 6 hours. The panel is recessed into the wall so he had to cut the stucco to fit the new panel. When completed, there was a gap of about 2 inches on the sides that needed to have the stucco replaced. The work on the main panel and the sub panel was very well done and they cleaned up after they were finished. The final cost was $50 more than the estimate because I asked for a second 220 amp circuit added in the garage so we agreed to change the contract amount to $1900. The power to the house was only off for about 3 hours while he worked on the main panel and then he completed the rest of the work on the sub panel and garage in another 3 hours. Joey did an excellent job, was very prompt and everything worked well when he was done. All of this at a very reasonable cost!
Description of Work: Replaced 100 amp service panel with a 200 amp service panel. Added a 70 amp sub panel at the garage. Ran 220 Volt lines from the sub panel to an air conditioner compressor and two outlets in the garage. Added a ground rod at the sub panel. The estimate did not include stucco repairs. I had to arrange to have that done later.
