We got the estimate back in June but the job was actually done in September.  Even though 3 months passed, Joe didn't change the originial price.  He was patient and waited until we were ready for him.  Joe is easy to get  a long with, polite, and listens to what you need done.  As a matter of fact, we have set up two more jobs with him.  His crew knows what do to, they get the job done right the first time, and in the future we will definitely use them again.

I purchased a small strip mall a few months ago and the storefronts and walkways are extremely dirty because of heavy foot traffic, gum, grime and stains from food vendors. Joseph came out within 24 hours and gave me an estimate for the initial pressure washing and then another bid to do this service monthly. We scheduled the service for 11:00 PM to avoid interfering with the business hours of my tenants.Two crews arrived and they worked together with water scrubbers and steam machines and the cement looks great. Even more, I had a small graffiti area on the back of the building that the company pressure washed without charging. I was charged $685.00 for the initial service, and $205.00 a month. I am very satisfied with the work and professionalism of this company. They are nice people, and my tenants are extremely happy.
