 + -1 moreSUN MAINTENANCE COMPANY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND CLEAN. THEY COVERED THE ENTIRE BACKYARD IN PLASTIC TO KEEP THE MESS TO A MINIMUM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: POWER WASH ALL HOME EXTERIOR. SCRAPE AND SAND DAMAGED TRIM AND WOOD. ONE COAT PRIMER. PATCH AND SAND DAMAGE CRACKS AND HOLES. ONE COAT PRIMER ON ALL TRIM. PATCH CRACKS IN STUCCO. PAINTING EXTERIOR.
