Excellent! They're professional, friendly and reliable and I highly recommend them and we're exceptionally happy with their work.

Now I have wonderful cool air again. And best of all, he didn't try the hard "up sell" or tack on additional charges. All in all, this was the best A/C repair (and I've had a few over the years) that I can remember. I absolutely recommend them and I will call them again if the need arises.

Long overdue review! We had a very complicated HVAC project: Install a central HVAC system in a multi-story, flat roof style home built in 1950 with no existing duct work). We hired Southwest install our system after meeting with several companies. We were impressed by their willingness to take on a complicated project and their honesty throughout the quote process. Izzy worked with us to design, quote, build and install a great system! He and his team made several design trips to our home during the process to ensure that there would be no surprises once the installation began. This differed from the others, who provided a quote after spending less than 10 minutes reviewing the project. Southwest's crew was professional throughout the entire process, from the quote to the final inspection. They did what they promised for the amount that we agreed on (no up-selling, no surprises). Our system has been up and running for about 4 months and we have not experienced any problems. We will definitely use Southwest for future projects.

All employees I had contact with were very professional, informative and polite.  I had a tricky install with new furnace and placement of new duct work and returns.  They were very creative and did an amazing job.

Eddie was very helpful in explaining the options to add air to our existing furnace. Installation went well, crew was timely and cleaned up after work. Small damage to exterior wall was professionally repaired.

Short Story:  I had a completely new install, ducts, equipment, copper, electrical..the whole nine.  From quote to cold/hot air these guys were the best!!!  The quote was very competitive and the equipment they proposed was better than any other quote I received.  I am super picky and they happily met all my expectations!
Long Story:  I am an engineer and I get into details, way into details.  Angel came out to review the home and also sent me the quote.  My house is oddly configured and I wanted the condenser in a spot that made the job MUCH more difficult.  The other companies quoting the job refused to even consider the job in my proposed configuration.  My proposed placement meant larger line sets as it was a long run for the coolant lines and it also meant a LOT more work.  Well, these guys did it.  They did it with a smile and they did a very high quality job.  I was crawling around under the house and also in the attic with the installers making my opinions known about how I wanted the work to be done.  They were awesome!  Alex and Edward were the installers and I could not have been happier with the two!  They worked hard, they did the job right, they listened to my concerns and addressed ALL of them!  I was probably one of their most complicated and demanding customers and it was really nice to see them shine even with the difficult job and the demanding customer.  Julio, one of the owners, was also involved from time to time.  He is an extremely hardworking and honest guy.  It is rare when you find a company these days who commits to EVERYTHING they say and does it right the first time with a smile.  These guys did exactly that.  I would have done it all over again with them for sure, not a doubt in my mind.  Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions on this company.  I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Our air was out and had been for a year, but we were going to get some
very hot weather; so we decided to fix the air.  The air conditioner man
arrived looked at the machine for about 15 minutes, fixed the problem
and left.  Easy quick and now a month later, it still works.

They did a wonderful job. They are efficient, clean, polite, professional, they were here when they said they would be and finished on time as well. They kept in contact with every step, they had to come back and redo something before the inspector came and the timing was fabulous! I enjoyed working with them, they were great. They even gave me great advice for other services to save some additional money. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did professionally and the unit works fine but the follow up calls and visits are not followed up punctually.

These guys did a great job! They were on time, very clean and explained things along the way. Julio was great about answering questions and checking up on the work as it progressed. They were very helpful and made sure everything they did was correct.

after 5 estimates, i decided to go with Southwest Hvac.    Julio is very professional, and very flexible with you. He got the work done in 2 1/2 days. I had no issues with him what so ever. If i have a question, I'm able to call him and he is willing to take the time to answer even after the work was completed last year.   i highly recommend him.

Frank was polite and clearly explained my options to me and quoted me an exact price. He carefully checked our A/C unit to make sure he would be installing a furnace with a blower of the correct size. While the old furnace was out, he checked our A/C coils to make sure they were clean and efficient. He cleaned up after his work, which was completed in less time than he estimated.
