It turns out that the new microwave is wider than the existing opening in my cabinet. So they needed to cut both sides of the opening. We agreed on the additional charge for cutting the cabinet. They did some rough measurement, then proceeded to cut the wood cabinet with an electric reciprocating saw, without drawing any lines first or using the supplied paper template. The cuts were very badly crooked in all directions. Even though the opening is covered by a trim kit, I would and could have done a much better job cutting. It's not worth $30 for this 10-minute lousy job.

A kitchen/bath/electronic store in the Mission Valley area (where we purchased the appliances) recommended this group. They did a very good job. They had to make electrical modifications for the microwave to hang above the stove where the old air vent/fan used to be. Quality work overall. It looks really nice and did a real efficient job hooking-up the water line to the fridge.
