She did a good job and was very professional.

I've been using them for 2 years. She's very reliable and very professional, she does a good work and she has a fabulous technology. I think the price is reasonable and in my research, I found out that some people cost more.

I found Maria on Angie's list and after checking with her references, I decided to give her a call. She was reluctant to give me an estimate over the phone but I pressed her and asked her for at least a price range based on the size of my apartment and my description of it. She said it would probably be somewhere around $70 which is what others have charged me before. When she got to my place, she raised it to $90, way more than anyone has ever charged me, claiming that my apartment was really big. My place is only 730 sq.ft. which I had already told her on the phone. Also, my place was already pretty clean when she got there- no dishes in the sink, no junk on the floor, no papers on the table. I think she was just trying to take advantage because my place is really nice and she probably thought I was rich.
Another thing that put me off about her was that on the phone I went over a number of specifications like how I like my bed done, but when she was at my place and I explained what I want with my bed she snapped at my and said and quot;you never said to do your bed- there's no timeand quot;. I thought washing sheets and making the bed was a pretty standard task and I didn't understand why she had a problem with it, especially if it actually was something that I had mentioned to her in my initial conversation with her. Also, if she was to be cleaning my place for 2-3 hours, that gives her more than enough time to do my bedding.
The last straw was uncovered the next day, after she had already done the job and left. I was looking for a pot to make some pasta and I couldn't find it. I looked all over and finally decided to bake something instead. I turned on the oven and when it was finished preheating, I opened it up to find my stove top pot sitting in there- being baked because she had put it in there. It's clearly a stove top pot. It's got a large rubber handle and everything. I have no idea how a professional would think that stove pots go in an oven.

The job was rushed and she skipped cleaning many areas, including vacuuming under the beds, and dusting some furniture pieces. The floors were left streaked and quite dirty, to the point where I couldnt wear white socks because the soles would be dirty!

She is great. We have been using her for about 8 months. She does everything you ask. I don't know if she does windows but she does everything else. I use her because she is very thorough. She is very nice and we can trust her. Always does a great job.

We have been using Maria's housekeeping services for about six months and this is a long overdue review of her work. The first time we used her service about six months ago, the house had been somewhat neglected (not filthy but in need of a deep cleaning) and she did a great job of wiping away many years worth of dust and grime build-up. Since then, she's been coming over about once or twice every week and has maintained the house to a level of cleanliness that we're truly happy with.

She is always punctual and shows up with a smile and she's a pleasure to be around. She is thorough and efficient and very cheerful. She is also very trustworthy... we often entrust her with our house and our cat and when we come home, the house is spotless. Also, she does such a great job, you would never know that a cat lived there.

Great cleaning for the price. I have all wood floors and they could do a better job on the cleaning of the wood floors. All in all I recommend them. Good service.
