Through the years we had various damages due to car accidents. Each time we went to Little Johns. Fortunately everything except an occasional deductible was covered by insurance. Each time we were given a detailed estimate and were contacted with updates as necessary. The work they do is outstanding! The employees are helpful and friendly and are very skillful. The office manager is particularly to be complimented on her patience and ability to do several things at once and do them well. I highly recommend this company!

Brought the car in to Little Johns with a front bumper being held on with zip-ties. I was told by A.J. that I could get away with that and save the money. So up front he was honest. I didn't want my car to look ghetto so I opted to have the bumper replaced.

Would have done the job myself, but for time, I gave it to Little Johns. I was charged the same price for a new front bumper that I would have had to pay to do it myself. No markup in cost which pleased me! They repaired the front turn signal light, replaced the fender turn signal light, and in order to get a major dent out, had the front fender removed and hammered out. The estimated cost was what I was charged, even though the fender work would have been more in price due to the time involved and labor costs. Thought the cost for labor was a bit high, but figure there are overheads that need to be met, and they did go the extra mile and did a good job hammering the fender out. Got a very clean car when everything was finished! (Saved me a wash)

I CALLED THE INSURANCE CO. AND THEY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM TO FIX THE CAR. THEY EVEN GAVE US EXTRA PAINT THAT MATCHED THE CAR IN CASE WE NEEDED TO EVER DO A TOUCH UP on ANy ScRAtCHES. $500.00 WAS MY DEDUCTIBLE SINCE THE OTHER PERSON DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE.
