 + -1 moreMY TRAINER WAS RAFAEL. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ENTHUSIASTIC. MADE SURE I WAS USING EACH MACHINE CORRECTLY. HELPED WORK ON A DIET PLAN TO LOSE WEIGHT. IT WAS A GREAT PLEASURE TO HAVE A TRAINER THAT SHOWS HE REALLY CARES.
Description of Work: MET WITH A TRAINER FOR A WEEK. SHOWED ME WHAT MACHINES TO WORK OUT ON AND WHAT THE PURPOSE OF EACH MACHINE WAS. TAUGHT ME HOW TO EXERCISE CORRECTLY.
