MY TRAINER WAS RAFAEL. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ENTHUSIASTIC. MADE SURE I WAS USING EACH MACHINE CORRECTLY. HELPED WORK ON A DIET PLAN TO LOSE WEIGHT. IT WAS A GREAT PLEASURE TO HAVE A TRAINER THAT SHOWS HE REALLY CARES.
