+ -1 moreI'm sorry I didn't switch sooner! I was referred to them from a friend and it is less expensive and the service is just wonderful! You get your test results the same with them and if you're sick you get to see a doctor the same day. All the services are in the same spot, the pharmacy is incredibly organized. If you don't like your doctor you can change until you find one you do like! I absolutely love them!
Description of Work: I switched to them as my HMO insurance provider.

Description of Work: My wife and me use Kaiser Permanente. I like them because they give you feedback, in other words if you are a little older like me, I am in pretty good health, but your primary care physician might say things like "we have not taken this kind of a test in a long time, why do not you make an appointment and come in." They will actually initiate, in a good way, a request for you to come in to have may be your blood pressure check, weight check or suggest that you have some tests be taken. Whereas, if you just leave it to yourself you may not do it.

+ -1 moreI have been with them for over 40 years. The best thing about them is no paper work. They keep everything backed up and there is no paper work for labs or anything. They do preventative maintenance, shots, emergency service and everything. Night or day there is always somebody paying attention to you. They have hospitals through out the states. They have many many locations. It is just a nice institution. They are a one stop shop for convenience. They are very knowledgable. They are all positive people.
Description of Work: I use Kaiser Permanente for all of my medical needs and insurance.

+ -1 moreNo one is perfect in the medical field. The don't do unnecessary testing, but they don't compromise the safety, and need for it. It's not about making money. I also like their preventive approach. Definitely an A for coverage.

+ -1 moreI like the way they are with kids. The pediatrician there is very good and informative. Everything there has been good especially their maternity services. Their punctuality is something that they have to work on because sometimes when I go there for an appointment I have to wait for a long time.

+ 0 moreEverything went great. I have always had good experiences with Kaiser. They have always been on time without delays for any outpatient surgery. They are very friendly. You get in and out without delays. I don't think they're perfect, but they're pretty close.
Description of Work: They performed orthopedic surgery on my Achilles tendon. I also go here for primary care.

+ -1 moreHe's an excellent provider for my children. He is one of the greatest men I've come across. He has been the doctor for my three daughters for 11 years. I really like his bedside manner. I like everything about him. I have nothing bad to say about the man. His staff is always very on top of things, gracious, sweet, and professional. I've dealt with many doctors in my life, but I've stayed with him.

They are trying really hard to keep the patients up to date with their health care. The staff is okay. The doctors are okay. It is very convenient.
