I like the care I get at Kaiser Permanente and the preventive maintenance. Their price, coverage, and communication are excellent.

We like it and we get good service and the ER was pretty good. The staff was good. Sometimes the wait with my Ob/Gyn is long.

I'm sorry I didn't switch sooner! I was referred to them from a friend and it is less expensive and the service is just wonderful! You get your test results the same with them and if you're sick you get to see a doctor the same day. All the services are in the same spot, the pharmacy is incredibly organized. If you don't like your doctor you can change until you find one you do like! I absolutely love them!

Their office environment is good. They are punctual. Their office staff, they are good.

It's a great place if you know how to tweak the system. Everything is in one place. It's very convenient. They are very competent.

I have been with them for over 40 years. The best thing about them is no paper work. They keep everything backed up and there is no paper work for labs or anything. They do preventative maintenance, shots, emergency service and everything. Night or day there is always somebody paying attention to you. They have hospitals through out the states. They have many many locations. It is just a nice institution. They are a one stop shop for convenience. They are very knowledgable. They are all positive people.

They have a new facility and treat me really well. They take good care of me and there is nothing better than going to them. I would use them again in the future.

.It is conveitent because everything is under one roof. The is less problems because they contract with all the doctors.

No one is perfect in the medical field. The don't do unnecessary testing, but they don't compromise the safety, and need for it. It's not about making money. I also like their preventive approach. Definitely an A for coverage.

I like the way they are with kids. The pediatrician there is very good and informative. Everything there has been good especially their maternity services. Their punctuality is something that they have to work on because sometimes when I go there for an appointment I have to wait for a long time.

I haven't had any problems with them. I really like my doctor and my husband likes his doctor.

Everything went great. I have always had good experiences with Kaiser. They have always been on time without delays for any outpatient surgery. They are very friendly. You get in and out without delays. I don't think they're perfect, but they're pretty close.

Well, doctors don't repair windows very well....LOL

He's an excellent provider for my children. He is one of the greatest men I've come across. He has been the doctor for my three daughters for 11 years. I really like his bedside manner. I like everything about him. I have nothing bad to say about the man. His staff is always very on top of things, gracious, sweet, and professional. I've dealt with many doctors in my life, but I've stayed with him.

I like being able to fill my prescriptions online and being able to make appointments to see my doctor over the phone. I think the quality of work is good. They are trying really hard to keep the patients up to date with their health care. The staff is okay. The doctors are okay. It is very convenient.

Be patient and learn their system. Once you do that you get good doctors that listen to you and are very caring.
