They are really, really nice. We called them because it was a hot day and the A/C just died. He came over within 2 hours and within 24 hours, we had a brand new unit and they built it with cooling. It was in one of our rentals. It was wonderful. He was good. Ours is so old that we called them in today.

He is pretty punctual. He is very prompt. He is very honest. He will tell you what you have and if it is working and how long it will last. He will also suggest what to look forward to for replacement and its price. He also insulated the hallway door to keep the room warm. He is really great. His prices and quality of service are great.
