I was able to call Frank one time, give him the details of my problem, location of the property and the rest was out of my hands. He showed up, evaluated the problem, picked up the parts and fixed it using quality parts.
Today it is hard to find a contractor that enjoys what he does. Frank took the time to explain to me what was wrong, what type of valves to stay away from and how to avoid costly mistakes consumers can make with some of these plumbers out there. Most plumbers are more concerned about their money, Frank was more concerned that the job was done right the first time around.
