I was told to get the window t would take 7_10 business days. Actually took over a month. The window was attached to a roller shade, I asked the worker to put it back which they didn t. I have been trying to reach to them to come back and take care of that. Close a week have pass and they haven t come yet.

We had an unfortunate burglary at our house where my patio sliding door was shattered. First Place Glass was super professional and accommodating. I was helped by Rigo and he was great of communicating the estimate all the way to the actual job. He did a fantastic job to replace the patio door. For any future door replacements, We will definitely use him again for future job. Will recommend him to everyone.

The work was excellent. I was concerned about how the stucco repair would look, based upon repairs that other contractors on other projects had done. I was pleasantly surprised that the repair blended seamlessly both in color and texture.

The office lady was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. The guys came out, measured, quoted a price, which was very reasonable, and ordered and installed my window when they promised. They cleaned up and left everything very neat. I'm very happy with them They all did an excellent job!

I hired First Place Glass to do the work and it appeared there was some miscommunication. They installed two panes of glass instead of one. So, I had to pay extra. They did the job right but wrong.
