It didn?t go well. I do not recommend that store.
I asked an associate to help me in choosing the pool vacuum. I was given a wrong advice, so the vacuum never worked in my pool. That?s ok, I understand. But when I returned to the store to exchange into something else, they categorically refused to assist, referring to their 24 hour return/exchange policy. She was acting pretty rude. Stay away, so you wont get into trouble like I did.

THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO COME EVERY WEEK AND SOMETIMES THEY DO NOT SHOW UP. I HAVE TO CALL THEM AND TELL THEM TO COME AND DO THEIR JOB. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A YEAR AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY OTHER PROBLEMS.
