The second floor was cantilevered. The metal supporting post was starting to rust and needed replaced. They did good work and I have them giving me an estimate for another job. It was a complex job and he did great figuring out how to do the work with minimal repairs. He finished job on time. They cleaned up after work was completed.

He did excellent work - they did lots of extra things that they didn't have to. their brick work is beautiful. The drain works as planned. I have absolutely no complaints. The owner of the project is Ruben Rodriguez and he is outstanding.
