+ 0 moreThe second floor was cantilevered. The metal supporting post was starting to rust and needed replaced. They did good work and I have them giving me an estimate for another job. It was a complex job and he did great figuring out how to do the work with minimal repairs. He finished job on time. They cleaned up after work was completed.

Description of Work: They had to replace a patio roof covering and repainted and re-stuccoed where they had replaced the wood and metal flashing.

+ 1 moreHe did excellent work - they did lots of extra things that they didn't have to. their brick work is beautiful. The drain works as planned. I have absolutely no complaints. The owner of the project is Ruben Rodriguez and he is outstanding.
Description of Work: We had water damage to a block wall due to a busted water main, he replaced the wall. I now have a flooding problem because we are not connected to the flood control sewers. He dug up my driveway and installed 3 - 300 gallon tanks over crushed rock and cemented over it and put French drains so it does not flood my front yard. Next up, he's replacing 150 ft of wooden plank fencing that has fallen apart.
