Description of Work
They did the subterranean termites in the foundation today ($385), and they will return in 2 weeks to fumigate (tent) the house (2300 sq ft) for $2,270. Also included in that price is regrading the soil to correct earth to wood areas. They gave me a very detailed report by email with problem areas and recommended solutions. I know feel confident that our termite problem is (and will be in the future) under control.
