It went very well. Everyone I dealt with were very professional and prompt. Price was higher than we could get from signed posted on corner telephone poles but to me it was worth the price. Junk removal is stressful and they made it stress free for us. Thank you!!

I booked online which was easy & offered 2 hour timeframes. I booked on a Thursday morning and there was spots avaiable Saturday. They called at the start of the timeframe & arrived about 30 mins later. Three guys finished the job in less than 15 minutes. The company charges a minimum then increases depending on how full the truck gets. They said I almost filled up 1/3 of the truck but charged me the 1/4 truck price. I was able to pay by credit card but they said the normal machine they use was not working so they have to mail me the actual credit card receipt (did get a copy of their invoice, just not the actual CC receipt).

Scheduled appointment online - called within a few hours with a 2 hour time window. They called to let me know when they would arrive and checked to make sure they had whatever equipment they would need. They arrived on time; quoted me $231 for a 1/4 bed load rate due to the weight of the bricks, less $10 discount for booking online. They performed the work efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. Although a little pricey, I was very satisfied with all aspects of the job and the professionalism of the employees.

These guys are my new heroes. I have been doing a great deal of work on my house and yard, and whenever I need anything picked up and removed they were there for me. They also helped be clean out my garage. I have a bad back but they patiently brought me box after box and waited for me to go through it. They were able to donate several things. They always sweep up when they're finished. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They charge by the truck load and not by the hour. I love these guys!
