Had two run ins with this contractor. Both times he proved to be unreliable. He did promptly give an estimate for sprinkler repair and ongoing lawn maintenance. He canceled first appointment and was total no show for follow-up appointment. If looking for reliable service. Sam is not your guy! There is nothing wrong with not taking work. Please be professional and honest with potential clients.

This companyâ s representative quickly made contact with me, offered to come view my problem within 30 minutes. He arrive punctually, quickly diagnosed my issue and then did immediate repairs. He clearly explained my problem and its solution. His work was competent and quick. He was a friendly workma.n. I shall call on him again if I have future issues that he could solve. His rate for the work seemed reasonable.

Shrubs - Trim or Remove
Quoted one price for monthly rate then showed up and raised price agreed upon by $ 60.00. I asked him to look at automatic sprinkler system. He said it would have to have valve replaced. He charged me $450.00. That would be $900.00 for trimming just the plants.

Sam definitily knows sprinkler systems. He found leaks that I didn't notice. He sees all the sprinkers, front, back and sides as a "system." Finished the job in about 90 minutes and the charge was very reasonable. I gave him a nice tip.

He was timely and thorough. Pleasant to talk to and helpful in explaining what he was doing. He needed to buy supplies for the job which he did the next morning and came and repaired the valves. My experience made me feel he was trustworthy. Maybe he was a bit pricey. He did explain to me how he calculated the cost, tho.
